Private Membership Association

Why Children's Court is also a PMA

Children’s Court operates as a Private Membership Association (PMA) from the backside (without a referral through Family Court) — a constitutional structure that protects our work from government overreach and keeps our mission pure. This means we serve members only, not the general public. Why? Because public family systems are broken. We're building a private vessel to protect children, restore families, and operate freely under our own rules.

What Is a PMA?

  • A PMA is a private organization governed by contract law, protected by the First, Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments

  • Members voluntarily join and agree to a shared code of conduct, values, and purpose

  • PMAs are not under the jurisdiction of state family court or typical regulatory interference

Why Children’s Court Uses a PMA

  • We reject the corruption, racketeering and bias of public court systems

  • A PMA gives us freedom to serve based on conscience, care, and mission — not profit or control

  • It protects survivors, children, and community leaders from institutional retaliation

What It Means for You

  • To participate in Children’s Court without a referral from Family Court through the Children First Act Bill (consultations, services, meetings), you must be a member

  • All services and support are member-based, and protected by private contract

  • Members can serve, lead, organize, and receive support under the safety of the PMA

Legal Standing

  • Our PMA is backed by Supreme Court precedent and constitutional rights

  • We operate lawfully, but privately — we are not subject to licensing or state control

  • Our structure is reinforced by our 508(c)(1)(A) spiritual foundation and 501(c)(4) for advocacy

How to Become a Member of Children’s Court

Children’s Court operates as a Private Membership Association (PMA) — which means we serve only members, not the public. Membership is required to access our services, support, leadership roles, events, and community programming.

This structure protects our mission, our people, and our children.

🔹 Membership Is Required

To participate in Children’s Court in any capacity — whether as a parent, professional, advocate, or chapter lead — you must become a member. This is how we protect our work from outside interference and preserve our lawful right to operate privately.

🔹 Membership Options

We believe in accessibility and integrity. That’s why we offer both free and paid membership options based on your role and involvement:

Free Membership

Available to:

  • Parents directly impacted by family court

  • Survivors of post-separation abuse

  • Chapter volunteers and community organizers

This option ensures those most affected are never excluded from receiving help or participating in change.

Paid Membership Tiers

• Ally Tier — For public supporters and advocates who want to stay connected and support the mission.
Cost: $11/month or $111/year

• Circle Member Tier — For professionals who wish to attend events, join circles, and engage in movement-building work.
Cost: $22/month or $222/year

• Practitioner / Partner Tier — For certified providers such as therapists, mediators, or advocates who want to be part of the official Children’s Court network.
Cost: $44/month or $444/year

• Chapter Leader Tier — Required for those who lead or help run local chapters. A sliding scale is available based on region and resources.
Cost: $22–$55/month

Each paid tier includes access to private training, resources, events, and networking with other aligned leaders and professionals in the movement.

🔹 All Members Sign an Agreement

All members, free or paid, must sign a Membership Agreement.

This includes:

  • A values and ethics pledge

  • A code of conduct

  • Acknowledgment that you are entering a private association

  • Understanding that services and decisions are governed privately, not by public courts

This agreement protects our legal foundation as a PMA and ensures everyone upholds our mission.

🔹 Want to Do More?

  • Sponsor a Survivor: You can fund free memberships for families in need

  • Join a Circle: Join or host Restoration Circles in your community

  • Start a Chapter: Lead the change locally — we’ll train and support you

  • Donate or Partner: Help us expand our impact and build the infrastructure to replace family court

Children’s Court is not a public service from outside Family Court Referral. It’s a private vessel for justice, healing, and reform — and you are invited to join us inside.

**Membership is required. Participation is protected. Children are prioritized. This is how we rise.**
