Born from lived experience, Children’s Court was created by Phoenix Kai Rising and a growing network of parents, survivors, and advocates who’ve seen firsthand how family court weaponizes children, bankrupts families, and ignores abuse.
We believe family court cannot be reformed—it must be replaced.
Our solution? A new system grounded in community, healing, and truth. We call it the Five Realms—a powerful framework that removes judges and attorneys from children's lives and replaces them with accountability, safety, and restoration.
Behind the scenes, family court is one of the most profitable and least accountable parts of the legal system. Every day, children are used as leverage in custody disputes, and survivors are silenced by judges and attorneys with unchecked power.
